Application Testing

Testing whether visitor post still works.

Alright, so I have been receiving complaints about how visitor-posting does not work, and thus people's applications didn't send out.

After a try myself, I managed to post a thread as a visitor, but Josh pointed out that he couldn't do it when he tried it for himself.

I will try to look into what is going on.
